Classes
Initial Firearms
INITIAL FIREARMS is a two day course which covers the Dept. of Consumer Affairs guide-lines for carrying and using an Exposed firearm. (Monday AND Tuesday)
Guard Card
Powers to Arrest/Weapons of Mass Destruction (Guard Card) is a 1 day course which covers the administration of 44 questions exam. (Monday - Friday)
Baton
The BATON course covers the Dept. of Consumer Affairs guide-lines for carrying and using the "Straight/Side-Handle & Expandable" Baton. (Please Check the Calendar)
Firearm Safety Certificate
To certify you must obtain a passing grade of 75% (23 correct answers on a 30 question multiple choice exam.) Certificate is provided after successful completion of exam. (Please call the office for availability)
Firearms Requalification
Holders of a BSIS Firearms License must REQUALIFY 4 times in a 2 year period, no less than 4 months apart, and no more then 6 months apart. (Please call the office for availability)
Security Guards
32 hour Security Training Class as required by Assembly Bill (AB) 2880. Certification for Community College Campuses, In House Employers and Private Patrol Companies. (Please call the office for availability)
Range Training
We offer range training at our facility. You can also rent guns,buy ammo and accessories on-site. Please contact the office for availability.
